Photographers and visual creatives who use Daybreak Directory retain all intellectual property rights in their original work. If you discover that your work has been copied or used without authorization on our network, please let us know. We take copyright protection seriously and will respond promptly to valid claims.
We want to support humans in sharing and marketing their creative endeavors. We do not allow 100% AI-generated work on our network. However, we understand that AI is a tool that many creatives use to augment their work, and we are cool with that. If pure AI-generated work is your thing, there are other places on the internet for that and we encourage you to show off your work there.
Daybreak is intended to be a community directory for professional creatives, and we want it to be safe for most-ages. While we do not necessarily have a moral opposition to adult content, we do not allow it in our directory. We acknowledge that many great artists, alive and dead, have made important work with nudes and around sexual themes. But there are many places on the internet and in the physical world that already feature this work. We encourage you to engage with it there.
Likewise, we do not allow members to post content or links related to adult platforms and/or companionship websites. Again, there are many other places to find and view this content. Daybreak Directory is not one of them.
We do not permit hate speech on Daybreak Directory and reserve the right to remove it when we see it. Rather than posting it elsewhere, we recommend you grab a beer with someone from that group and get to know each other a little bit.

If any content is found to violate these policies, we will remove it and warn the profile owner. If subsequent violations are found, we will cancel the membership, refund the membership fee on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, and remove the profile. It's nothing personal. It's just not what we're about.
